• Medical Case Management
All medical case management referrals are handled by Registered Nurses who have at least 10 years experience. Contact will be made with the referring party within 1 business day of the referral date to clarify goals and specific case directions. Written reports are provided at least every 30 days with email or telephonic updates after each significant event or change in status. Our primary goal is to promote medical interventions that help the injured worker to return to work in an appropriate placement in a timely manner.
- Coordination of services with employer,
attorney, injured worker, medical provider(s)
- Procure detailed history of current
medical status, treatment plan, past medical history
- Consult with medical providers to
facilitate appropriate, cost effective action plans
to
promote timely return to work
- Telephonic case management programs
available on or off employers site
- Schedule IME’s and second
opinion exams
- Panel development
- Sick Leave Program
